Lead Pastor: Rev. Jared Williams Pastor Jared is Ordained an Elder in the East Ohio Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and he was appointed to us in July, 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State, and a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary. Pastor Jared is passionate about helping people come to know Jesus Christ and helping Christians walk deeper with Christ. Pastor Jared lives with his wife Ruth, his baby daughter Cindy, and their four cats in our parsonage.

Associate Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries: Regan Hensel Regan is our full time Associate Pastor. His primary area of responsibility and his passion is working with our youth and their families. Regan currently leads our youth group, "Crossroads Youth" each Sunday night, in addition to being active in our local schools. Regan is working towards being certified in Youth Ministry through the United Methodist Global Board of Higher Education. After completing the required coursework at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio in a few years Regan hopes to be ordained a Deacon in the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. Regan lives with his wife Pat in their home in Marion. They have two grown children.

Office Ministry Coordinator: Lisa McCoy
Lisa oversees the vital office ministry at Marion Salem. She is responsible for the everyday administrative work of the church and coordinating between the various leaders in the church, both lay and clergy.

Lisa's passion in ministry falls into three areas, 1)Prayer - Lisa often prays with people in her office and over the phone, 2) Evangelism - Although she does not have a formal role in the evangelism ministry at Marion Salem, Lisa often takes part in our evangelism ministry and advocates for more evangelistic events within the church. 3) Youth - Lisa and her husband Mark help with the Friday morning FCA meetings at River Valley High School.

Lisa lives in Marion with her husband Mark. They have a son in high school and a daughter at college.

Annette oversees the cleaning and upkeep of our building at Marion Salem.
